NMS Newbie Questions

Hey Everyone, I am having some trouble installing version 2 of Newsletters Made Simple. I've tried installing this mod via the XML method, and I've gotten mulitple PHP errors, and also now I cannot delete the folder off my folder because of "permission errors"???

Also, I've tried to install the mod via the tar.gz method. And I still get several PHP errors. I cannot get past this initial step. Can anyone help me??

I read the instructions and didn't know I was supposed to. Where is that located?

Great, I've navigated to the page. Where would I drop that file on my server?

I usually grab the tar.gz file and unzip it on my local HD, then FTP the directory to the modules directory on the server.

You can also use the module manager to upload the XML file and install it that way.
