Plugin changes page title?

Hi,

i am building a custom plugin, and i need to change the page title. I mean the plugin is called in a page which has title e.g. 'One'. But in my plugin i have a piece of code (which i need you to help me find) which would change the title to e.g. 'Two'.

So, what methods should i use to be able to change a page title from a plugin? Is it possible?
