tinyMCE 3.0 released! How to upgrade?

Recently TinyMCE released v 3.0 . It has a lot of bugfixes and looks very clean.
Now how can I upgrade tinyMCE in CMS:MS  ? Is it a lot of work?

if you have hints, please share them.
The DevTeam concentrates on CMSms v2 hence upgrading TinyMCE in 1.2.x is not a priority, but may happen.

This might help. They are instructions on how to upgrade FCKEditor, for the out of date FCKEditorX module.  I don't know if it's 100% or if something that should be working isn't, but everything I tried appears to work.
