CSS image alignment question

First, I'd suggest making them background images since they not a link. Try adjusting your padding and/or margins amounts or positioning using exact amounts within your background class. e.g. -10px from top, etc.

I think you need to move the images into the CSS instead of in the menu links then you should be able to manipulate them better...
