Will Pay for Module Development

I am in need of a module that makes it easy to integrate Google's website optimizer.

I need to be able to add JavaScript code at the beginning, just before the body tag, and at the end of any given page.

I'm not sure about how it would look and function but it would have to be easy enough for non techies to set up split tests by pasting the code Google gives them into text boxes associated with the pages being split tested.

These  text boxes would probably be best if they were under the options tab when you are editing the page.

I am up for suggestions and willing to pay for this module to be built.

Please let me know what you think as well how much you would charge me and how long something like this would take.

I'd see about helping with this, but unless 'time isn't an issue'.... I'm swamped for the next few weeks.
