Contact Form to capture Title as a hidden value??

Hello,

I am building a site for a client. They will have 5 products listed on the "Products" page.

Each product has it's own custom page. The title of each will be as follows:

Title: Vostro 1000 Notebook

Now, basically this is a custom contact form to inquire about this particular product. I want to setup a form that will capture the Title tag as a hidden value like so:


 
[ other inputs here]


The reason this will change - because the client will want to change the titles of these pages as the different products he has to contact him about will change. I don't want him to have to change the HTML just the title tag.

Could anyone be of any assistance to me on this? I would greatly appreciate that!

I'm sure a search would have revealed that.  If you log into your Admin Panel and go to Extensions > Tags you can read up on a lot more stuff you can do.
