Making the parent button not clickable in the menu

I would like to stop  the parent button in the menu not clickable. What i mean is a button in the menu has chlidren(More buttons connected to it) then it should not have any page.It should just show the other button in the category.

Does anyone know how to do this. It just looks more professional to me. I do not have to write anything in the paent button.Just write it in the sub categories.

You can make the "parent" a Section Header.
