Hello.
I seem to have a good installation (cmsms 1.2.3 on Linux + PHP5) with features working as desired. I am however confused by the default home page which has a LINK to "check if your site requires a database upgrade". I'm not quite sure what upgrade means in this case. The CMSMS installation instructions do not say anything about this.
Furthermore, once the check is completed, the resulting page says:
...The CMS database is up to date using schema version 29. Please remove this file when possible.
Would anyone know which file this message is referring to?
Thanks for all suggestions.
Drew (the pesky noob)
"Please remove this file when possible"

Re: "Please remove this file when possible"
Drew,
the text is part of the default content.. And it will upgrade the database, when new install files have been transferred....
After installing the CMSMS, you should delete the Install-folder, because otherwise the installer could be started again by hand, by others, killing your install.

Thanks Ronny,
It just wasn't obvious that it was referring to the "install" files. A classic case of "file is missing" message
Anyway, the regular install instructions do say to remove the install folder - we did so.
