Notice: Undefined variable

Post by thoneter »

Using cmsms 1.2.3
I was getting "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. We will try to fix the problem as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience." but I found references to remove the email notifier and when I did the error went away.

Now I get this error at the top of various admin pages.
"Notice: Undefined variable: has_children in /home/content/.../html/cmsms123/modules/CGSimpleSmarty/lang/en_US.php on line 97"

Should this be obvious to me as to what the problem is?  I've cleared the cmsms cache.  Can someone point me to the correct location for line 97?

I do not know where to start to diagose this issue!  TT

We can't either. It should begin at the beginning :
-hosting context...
-installation information...
-what you are trying to do...
-what is getting wrong...
-what you expected...
-how to reproduce...
-how you have tried to workaround...
-other usefull information : logS, debug, special settings...
