Client Login area?

Hello,

I'm wondering if you can tell me whether or not CMS MS has a module or feature that allows for client log in.  I've searched, but I'm not coming up with anything specific.  My client needs a way for her clients to log in and view the status of their projects.  She also wants to be able to upload documents related to their project so they can download them. 

I'm looking at http://projectpier.org which I believe has all the functionality she needs.  Is there either something in CMS MS that would work this way or do you know if it would be an easy addition to the CMS MS site I will develop for her?
