The right image in the menu line show incorrectly on higher resolution

my webpage www.megatopradio.com/_newpage shows correctly on resolution 1024x768.

Bute my problem ist when the page is showed on a higher resolution the flags will go out to right.

Anywhere can help me to fix this problem?

It only displays right at that resolution any more or less and it goes out or in too much, because it has position absolute it is going off the right side of the browser window and not the body or pagewrapper...

You may also want to clean up the validation errors before you try to fix this problem...
