(Solved) Site will not display in IE

(Solved) Site will not display in IE

Hello everyone. My entire web site will not display in IE. Only the background image appears which is dictated in the CSS. The web site looks perfect when using Safari 3, Firefox, and Camino. All of my code (HTML and CSS) is valid using the W3C validators. I am using CMSMS 1.2.3 Black Rock. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
