Bug in Image Manager table and/or CSS?

I installed CMSMS 1.2.2 some days ago in two different sites. In both of these seems as if the Image Manager table had some problem with their template or CSS because the table looks bad. Actually, (after a fresh installation) it doesn't show a table at all, but something as (Trash and Edit icons are there, of course):

I am having problems w/ the Image Manager too - it seems as though it's recursive - the first time you click it, you see the browse button at the bottom, but then a new CMS admin gets loaded into the spot where the images should be. Click the image manager w/in that, and one more admin screen gets place.
