URGENT! I have a Error in Administration of Content Blocks

When i will go to Content Blocks in the admin then apear this error.

Fatal error: Call to a member function MoveNext() on a non-object in /usr/home/megatopradio.com/web/_newpage/lib/classes/class.globalcontentoperations.inc.php on line 86

I can not edit my content blocks so i have this error

Can anywhere help me??

May be yet another broken upload. But you provide to few information for us to diagnose. Please describe more your context and actions.
