How to start creating new site in CMSMS

I am a new and fresh user of CMSMS and I have just installed it. I tried to create new pages in it and I did it successfully, but I can only do it with already present CMSMS site, after installation. I couldn't find any way of how to start creating a fresh and new website...plzzz help me, it's urgent.

In the future if you want a better chance of someone answering in a helpful way, it's best to describe your problem with a bit more detail.  You don't describe exactly what your problem is.  Are you not able to create pages?  Are you having problems understanding the templates?  What is your experience level?  Have you searched and read any of the documentation?
