Hi.
Just finished my photography portfolio site: http://www.wpcreativephotography.co.uk
Have a look and let me know what you think. I haven't got a lot of content on there yet, but now that its up and running i will be updating it like crazy over the next couple of months.
Its actually using the cms ms for the main site and slideshow pro / director is installed to handle all the portfolio images, the form and guestbook modules are installed to handle any feedback.
Cheers...

I am generally not a big fan of black, or dark looking websites, but in your case it totally rocks. I like it a lot. The site was slow to load for me though.

I really liked your website, its clean and very navigable.
I also like the slide show pro that you used. Is it a commercial script or opensource?
Over all I say very good!!!

Hi, thanks for the comments. Yes it is slideshow pro i used, it is a commercial plugin for Flash, but it really is a great product (imo) and only $29.
I'm with you on the dark but it really frames the images nicely and they really pop! on screen

WillNut - In reference to your comments on the People album. I think some of those shots you took of the wedding are great. Sometimes "candid" is a lot more than your professional photo. While they may not look like a professional photo a 3 year old can take posed photos. It takes a true artist to catch the true emotion of that moment. You managed to do that on quite a few of those photos. I also liked the photos you took of all the people holding cameras
It's a good site. Normally I like to see "black" websites have some accent colors other than white and gray, but you pulled it off very well. Plus you implemented Slideshow Pro very well.

If all else fails, use a bigger hammer.

I really enjoy the menu at the top of the site. That's really nicely done.
The site was a little slow loading for me, which I noticed was the case for some others too...

Hi Will,
Your site is lovely and clean, photography sites look great on black, and yours is a lovely example. Your work is great too, I would be over the moon with those as my wedding pictures! I'd change your copy to not say photographing people isn't a strength because you're very good.
One incy wincy teeny weeny constructive criticism from Miss Language Pedant: check your use of 'your' and 'you're' (i.e. "If your getting married in the Edinburgh area"...). If that's all I can find to nit-pick then that's gotta be good!
