Backing up database

Hi,

I'm just about to upgrade to the latest cms version but want to back-up my database before I do anything.

I tried to install the back up module from the wiki but I had the error:
'public_html/modules/Backup/Backup.module.php on line 136'

Is it possible to back up in phpMyAdmin? or does anybody know what's wrong with the back-up module?

phpmyadmin:

goto your Databasems(phpmyadmin)

selectdatabase-> go to export
