Setting default font size, color, face, etc, in TinyMCE

How can I specify the default font size, font-color, font-face, etc, in TinyMCE?  Is this something that gets changed in the TinyMCE configuration (admin section), or something that I change in my typography stylesheet?

Running CMSMS 1.1.4.1...

Edit to add: I think I found it - in the TinyMCE admin, on the Settings tab, in the Body Tag CSS field.  Can someone confirm if this is correct?  Anything I put in here will become the defaults?  But this is only for the tag, right?  What about defaults for paragraphs ( tags)?

You should upgrade your install to the latest 1.2.3...

This is something you would handle with your CSS/style sheets...
