Fatal error line ....include.php line 90

Hello,
I'm trying to instal cms for the first time and have come across this fatal error.  Any ideas what it may be?

Fatal error: Call to undefined function load_adodb() in d:\websites\islamiceventsinfo\thegreatestteacher\include.php on line 90

I just received this reply from my hosts:
"An undefined function is generally a coding issue where your code is trying to call a function that doesn't exist."

is there a coding error in cms ms? How can i resolve this?

Have you tried re-uploading all the CMSMS files? Perhaps some were missed/corrupted during the initial upload.

We can't have "other ideas" unless you tell us more about the context.
Wa can guess there is some Windows but this sole information is too weak to diagnose.
