Blank page right at the beginning of step 1 installation

CMSMS 1.2.3
Windows server 2000
IIS 5.1
PHP 4.3.11
MySQL 4.1.11

When I navigate to http://localhost/cmsms/install/index.php (after I've unzipped everything to"cmsms" folder),
what i saw is a blank page,
It is supposed to be a "Install System - Thanks for installing CMS Made Simple" page, and showing the 1st step.
But now it's just blank. nothing...

I noticed the url has been changed to http://localhost/cmsms/install/index.ph ... df5077c37d

Could anyone help me with this?

Hello,

-check all the http://wiki.cmsmadesimple.org/index.php ... quirements are met.
-check IIS (sorry, I don't know anything about it, what can be checked there ?)
-have a look at your http logS to know what is happenning.
