Hi There,
The hosting company that the website I use CMS Made Simple for upgraded the version of PHP running on the server from PHP 4 to PHP 5.2.5.
Now when I go to the website url at: http://www.thecityacademy.com I get a prompt from my browser asking me how I want to open the PHP file.
Please can someone tell me how I go about getting the website working with PHP 5.2.5.
I believe the site, when installed was created with CMS Made Simple version 0.12.
Please note - answers in non-technical language would be much appreciated - thanks!
Look forward to hearing from you.

take your homepage very fast offline, because the config.php is readabe for the world! An upgrade is possible, but there are some changes which should be done, but it works,

@becreative : according to the passwords you chose, you like italian motorbikes, don't you ? Talk asap with your hoster to fix your security issue. And then upgrade you very old 0.12 to latest official stable release (may with steps like 1.0 and 1.1).

becreative, you should change the permissions on config.php so that nobody can read, write, or execute the file. Most FTP programs should be able to do this. That will ensure that the webserver cannot server the file when someone points their browser to it, as I and the 3 people before me have done.becreative wrote: The hosting company that the website I use CMS Made Simple for upgraded the version of PHP running on the server from PHP 4 to PHP 5.2.5.

Then change your password ASAP (as soon as possible).
Once your host has fixed this issue change the permissions back and upgrade to the latest version.
Now for, my opinionated suggestion: Once you are running the most recent version, back everything up and change hosts. They don't appear to know what they are doing. That sort of upgrade should not change the way PHP files are handled. There are way to many hosts out there to put up with anything like that.

Your config.php is still accessible !! It downloaded and I can see all the db info. You need to change them and hide this file!! I've also had concerns about this config.php problem...
