I'd like some help from someone fully experienced with cmsms, to create my first cms template from a css layout I already have.
This would help me learn for building future templates. I'm using cms version 1.2.3
CSS Layout is from P7:

The template would need to fully encompass the css, conditional comments and js at the above page.

doesnt look like too hard a template to work on,
for the child menu's, would you want them in the section2 area ?
