[SOLVED] Install Problem-Step 3 (or Step 10 of FTP Quick Install) - Blank Screen

I'm stuck on Step 3 of the installation process (or Step 10 of FTP Quick Install).  Please note that I'm not a programmer/IT professional.  I believe I've plugged in my database info correctly.  When I click the "Continue" button to go the Step 4, I simply get a blank page.

I am using Modevia (which is one of CMSMS's recommended web hosts) to host my site.  I'm not sure of the hosting specificiations (but have inquired to Modevia).  I believe the server is running Unix and the database is MySQL 5.0.32.

I should note that I made it through Step 1 of the install with flying colors and received all green checkmarks.

It also may be worth noting that I do not have a domain name and am piggybacking off of Modevia (e.g. www.sitename.modevia.com).  Also, i could not use the basic database name (cms), user name (cms_user) and password (cms_pass) as suggested in the FTP Quick Installation, as they were already used by someone else with Modevia.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  From what I can tell, CMSMS looks just like what I've been searching for and I'm anxious to give it a test drive!

In working with tech support at Modeiva, my web host, they reinstalled CMSms and it now works.  My thanks to them for the personal touch and quick response.

From what I can tell, CMSMS looks just like what I've been searching for and I'm anxious to give it a test drive!
