Global Content and JS

  I have a problem.. I use to put the various JSs in global content so I can recall them in multiple pages
but when I paste it in a global content between {literal}, with or without tinymce or in html window
it doesn't save the newline and when I recall I just all the script in a line...
wouldn't be any problem if I wouldn't put any comment line // or disclaimer or copyrights

You don't say your CMSMS version (or TinyMCE).
I don't have any formatting problem but I use "Apply source formatting to the output HTML" in Tiny settings.
