The next version will have if/else/endif stuff, will match multiple groups or users, or will match by IP, which will be mega cool.

It should be up tomorrow....
I just want to put IP filtering into it too so that I can filter not only on users, and groups, but on ip address.....
unfortunately, there will be no support in this version for nested if/else/endif stuff.
then it will essentially replace two modules on the wiki.
