I am going crazy here. I am using CSSMenu on a project now, and it worked in IE and FF beautifully, but now it's gone crazy! The menu won't show any submenu's anymore in IE.
I've cleared the cache of the cms;
I updated the menu to 1.1.6;
and tried some cssstuff, but I can't get it working.
Please take a look at http://britservices.nl/index.php where you'll see that in IE the submenu won't show up!
CSS(sub)Menu problem in IE
Re: CSS(sub)Menu problem in IE
For some reason the CSSMenu.js file is not loading. This changes IE so Hover works.
I did a clean install from today's daily and found the same problem - the CSSMenu.js file is not loading.

Re: CSS(sub)Menu problem in IE
In Firefox it was working OK, but now I receive the following error:
Fatal error: Smarty error: [in db:1 line 26]: syntax error: expecting '=' after attribute name 'params' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 1565) in /usr/home/britserv/public_html/lib/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1088
Re: CSS(sub)Menu problem in IE
Sorry about that, it should be ok again by now. I tried the statistics module, but I gave in the wrong parameter. Could you please try to look at it again?
Re: CSS(sub)Menu problem in IE
Firefox is OK as it doesn't rely on the JS for hover to work, only IE needs it.

Re: CSS(sub)Menu problem in IE
I know. So it is what you said. The .js file is not being loaded correctly in Internet Explorer and that should probably have to do with the fact that the installation went wrong? Or do you think it has to do with the nightly build?Greg wrote: Firefox is OK as it doesn't rely on the JS for hover to work, only IE needs it.
what kind of .js is the menu using. In the past I worked with the following script:

Re: CSS(sub)Menu problem in IE
Seems to have started a few days back as I did a clean install (including a wipe of the DB) on each of the daily builds for the past few days with the same result.

TNTH is this working for you now? I am still not getting the JS file to load with today's build and a fresh install.

Re: CSS(sub)Menu problem in IE
Nope, still doesn't work for me. I find it very strange, because in the beginning it loaded the js, and all of a sudden it stopped. I haven't installed it over yet, and didn't clean my cache because I don't think that's the problem.
I'm going to look at it again the coming week (I guess, busy busy busy)

Re: CSS(sub)Menu problem in IE
I went back to version .11 beta 1 and CSSMenu is working again (js file loads). Broken sometime ?? after that.
