Formbrowser issues with user edit records add new records

Hi All,

I think there might be couple of bugs as below:

Enabling "Allow users to edit records"   will put the edit icon next to each record but when you edit the record and click submit, it is redirected to another windows with only a submit and back button. If you click on either buttons, nothing happens.

Enabling "Provide a link to the form to allow users to add new records"  When users click on the link they get the error message "Warning: Parameter message is not known... dropped in /home/xxx/xxx/xxx/lib/misc.functions.php on line 1281 and back to the famous submit and back page again.

I'm running:
CMS Made Simple 1.2.2 "Holetown"
FormBrowser 0.2
FormBuilder 0.4.4
