self registration module & Frontend User Management allow duplicate email

I have installed and configured self registration module & Frontend User Management and all is working properly but can not get it not allow duplicate emails with users register new account. I have unchecked this option in Frontend User Management but no luck. Any help is appreciated.

I'm using your latest version FEU 1.3.1 with SelfRegistration Module 1.1.2 on CMS made easy 1.2.2. Everything works great but I can not get the check for duplicate email to work, no matter what I do it still allows duplicate emails to sign up accounts. Even when I manually add a user to FUE it allows duplicate emails, so the problem must be within the FUE module. I see this was a problem in the older versions but I thought it was fixed.

Updating to the latest version of selfregistration fixed the problem.

Installing the New version of SelfRegistration fixes this issue.
