search function does not work anymore if I change the homepage

The search function included on my website ({search} tag) does not work anymore as soon as I inactivate the old homepage provided with cmsms installation. The result is a 404page.
Clue: My new homepage is named "Accueil", the old one is now named "HomeOLD". If I reactivate HomeOLD, the search works but breadcrumbs is odd: vous êtes ici: Accueil » HomeOLD
(It does not matter from witch page i summoned the search request, it is always this crumbspath)

Try "Clearing cache" in Global Settings and "Re-indexing search" in "Search"

I did what you said, this is the behaviour:
When i perform a search, i do not land on a 404 page anymore.
I have the results in a white page: No banner, no menus,nothing else than the result, and without any css decoration.
If i reactivate the old home page, all is fine, except the breadcrumbs still displaying "vous êtes ici: Accueil » HomeOLD"
I noticed that breadcrumbs displays also "vous êtes ici: Accueil » HomeOLD" when i am reading any news article.
Actually, anytime the mact value is present in the URL (http:/.....fr/index.php?mact=Search%2Ccntnt01%2Cdosearch%2C0&cntnt01returnid=15&cntnt01searchinput=test&login=&password=&submit.x=0&submit.y=0), the problem appears.
It should be: "vous êtes ici: Accueil"
