Newsletter Made Simple - How to include the subject in the body of the message

Hi

For Newsletter Made Simple I need to be able to include whatever is entered as the subject in the body of the message i.e. to be able to have a tag {$subject} anywhere I wish in the template. This is in addition to the $message_text tag not part of it.

The other thing I would like to do for ease of clients is to automatically put in paragraph breaks in the message body when it is sent so that the user just enters the text and therefore the \n is replaced with a tag. This is of course if it is a HTML email.
