flawless update 0.13 -> 1.2.2

Hi all,

with so many people reporting update problems, I thought it ok to post that I just updated an old 0.13 system to 1.2.2 without a hitch.

I am positively impressed. Great work!

That is a great relief to hear - I just realized the other day that, though I've kept my work's website up-to-date, I haven't upgraded my personal one since 0.13.

But don't forget that some modules (e.g. News) work different now - you have to change the templates. And you have to check group rights - some modules have new features which must get switched on in the rights matrix.

I did an update from 0.11 to 1.2.2 the other day, and pretty much everything went smoothly. A few older, unsupported, modules broke though.
