solved: CMS MS 1.2.2 Installation Freezing with Smarty error!

Hey everyone!  Just trying to install CMSMS on my site with the host - webhost4life.  Some details

CMSMS - 1.2.2
Server OS - Win 2003 Server
PHP - 4&5
MySQL db - 5.0.22

What I have done so far:

1. Copy all files into subfolder on the site (lets say cmsmadesimple)
2. Set file permissions as outlined in the instructions on this site
3. Create empty config.php file and put into root cms dir (with permissions 666 - universal read/write)

Now, when I try going to www.site.com/temp/test/cms/index.php, I see the CMSMS header and the 5 step icons (with #1 highlighted) and the following message

Fatal error: Smarty error: [in page1.tpl line 17]: syntax error: unrecognized tag 'cycle' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 590) in F:\hosting\member\temp\test\cms\lib\smarty\Smarty.class.php on line 1095

Can someone please point me to a solution?  I apologize if this is a silly question, but please bear with me - its my first time

Please check if plugin cycle is available inside Smarty plugin folder ...

Thank you very much!  Problem fixed!  You were right on - was missing some files in the smarty/plugin folder.  Playing around with the admin panel right now!
