CSS not displaying in safari

Post by funkdaweb »

Hi i have recently developed a website using CMSMS 1.2. It works fine in IE 5-7 & Firefox but for some reason it does not display correctly in Safari. Does anyone else know of this problem?

I cant of the top of my head remember what doesn't show and i am currently not on a mac to check, sorry!

Please view it in IE or Firefox then try in Safari you will see straight away the problems.

I too have used the CMS successfully in the past thats fine in safari that is why i thought there may be something i need help with.

Thanks! :)

I've been having a few similar problems with Safari - it seems that styles applied to the don't stick. One workaround I used was to duplicate, or simply move, all of them to the first (in your case #container). Seemed to fix the problem, though I haven't determined why as of yet.

On a similar note, while this fixed a few things with my site, the vertical navigation is still acting up in Safari - the list-style: none seems to be ignored. Anyone have any ideas?
