question about additional editors

Hi Cmsmadesimple coders and users

First let me thank you for this wonderful cms. I have a question about additional editors. It works perfectly to add an editor, but how can I remove this addtional editor? If switching from one user to another it's possible to remove the editor status with the side effect that another user has been given the editor status. If there is only one additonal editor I didn't find a solution to remove the editor status even by unselecting him in the selection box and applying the changes. I tested this on a Mac with Firefox and on Win2K with Explorer.
Did I just miss something?
