Random (?) 403 Errors when posting new content

Ok, this is weird (to me)

I have been merrily posting content away on the site I'm making, all is great. But on ONE page, I get the "could not save" error along with 403, etc.

There are no images on the page or anything like that.

The text is longish but not THAT long. It's almost like certain lines of the text I'm pasting in (from notepad) aren't working! If I skip out certain lines, it works. If I paste them in, it doesn't.

If I paste these lines in another page - it's ok.

If I paste a paragraph that IS working over and over again (so that it's extremely long) it works fine. So length isn't in issue from what I can see.

This is really weird and really annoying!!!

Any ideas?

This happens when pressing APPLY. I get "Could not save: 403 --Forbidden"

When pressing Submit, I get :

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /admin/editcontent.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I'm not sure what else to do!!!
