I have just installed the latest version of CMS successfully. Whilst installing a range of modules (think it was coincidental rather than the cause - it happened after installing the Picasa module) the admin page is now listing as a text type page and none of the functions are very useable as a consequence. Looks to me like the link to the stylesheet for that page has broken.
The hosting service set up is as follows:
Linux Kernel: 2.4.33
Apache Version: 1.3.37
MySQL Version: 4.0.27
PHP CGI Version: 4.3.10
PHP Module Version: 4.4.4
Any clues? Anyone had anything like this happen to them?
Admin Page Stylesheet link seems to have broken

Re: Admin Page Stylesheet link seems to have broken
People have reported problems with that module before..... remove it and everything should come back.
This indicates a php error and if you turned on debug mode you would probably see it.

I had the same problem.
I think the module requires PHP 5
