News module and archive?

I've search the forums for this and found some relative posts, but none really describe what I would like to do.

I want to add a News menu to the menu manager with the following sub-meus.

Latest,
Archive

Latest will always show the news that hasn't expired and is still current.

Archive would show all articles that have expired.

I can't see any obvious way of doing this with the options in the module, is this possible with whats available or would editing be required?

That's the default.

That can be done by parameter

Ty, I did look at the module help, I'm using 2.5, I must have missed it.
