1. Did you change anything in .htaccess file before you tried to open ModuleManager the second time?
2. Looks like Lithuanian language package is missing?
this error is commonly caused by bad rewrite rules, or stuff in .htaccess that doesn't belong... but then your whole cmsms install would probably fail with the same error, not just one part of it.
OR, if you're running in an environment where php runs as the user (suexec, cgi, etc); in these cases, php scripts and the directories they are in cannot be writable by 'group' or 'other'... so you'd need to doublecheck your file and directory permissions
check your server error logs for more information on the 500 error.

O, atleisk nepasteb4jau, kad tu lietuvis ačiū redaktorius susitvarkė, na o dėl Module Mangager, kartais jis (labai retai) užsikrauna, tačiau būna tuščia, jokių modlulių nerodo. Iš pradžių jis veikė, o po to pradėjo streikuoti. .htaccess failo serveryje neradau
