http://viewsvn.cmsmadesimple.org/viewsvn/?root=cataloger, which is straight from the project Development\Cataloger\SVN page.
I have tried several other projects as well, but with no luck.
If I however use the url stated as help text: http://svn.cmsmadesimple.org/svn/cataloger/ I directly go into the svn directory of the project.
I don't know who is responsible for the viewsvn subdomain, but either fixed the subdomain or fix the url on the projects svn page.
