CMSmadesimple 1.2 install got 500 server error help!

Please Help!

I had the whole site built on a test server, everything is fine now I need to move from the old server to the new one.
I uploaded the zip file and unzipped it via Cpanel/File manager, tried to visit http://www.mysite.com/install

I got a 500 internal server error. I just uploaded a brand new 1.2 zip to try a fresh install....Is it because of server problems?

The differences between my old server and the new server is

Old Server:
Apache version  1.3.37 (Unix)
PERL version 5.8.8
PHP version 4.4.7
MySQL version 4.1.21-standard
cPanel Version 11.11.0-RELEASE 16983

New Server
Apache version  1.3.39 (Unix)
PERL version 5.8.8
PHP version 4.4.7
MySQL version 5.0.27-standard
cPanel Version 11.15.0-RELEASE 17665

Hello,

With which version and doing what exactly do you get this 500 error ? What are in the logS about this 500 error ?
Is the 1.2 fresh install another following try or the same ?
What documentation are you floowing ? Which installation procedure have you choosen ? Which actions have you done according to it so far ?
