multiple languages on an existing site

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Also, if you don't want to mess with another installation of the multilingual version CMSMS (which I haven't tried yet - I definitively should ;) !), you can use global content blocks on any regular install of CMSMS.

My solution is for intermediate to advanced users and came up at a time where the multilingual CMSMS was frozen with no developments. If you're beginning, you'd rather use this version rather than my proposal.
