Pretty Urls and Image Upload Problems

Hello Friends, Fellow Cms Users.

I have just implemented the Pretty Urls modification, and all the pages are looking great, however there are some path issues.

http://www.beroofing.com/

I have a field for the top image so the client can upload or choose an existing photo put there, however now with the pretty urls, the path is incorrect. Any ideas on how/where to fix this?

I figured it out, but I can't have hierarchy enabled, any ideas on how to have hierarchy enabled and still have the paths right?
