Green building site (small business)

Post by designhut »

Hi again everyone!

Our latest redevelopment, using CMSMS v1.2. No special modules, fairly simple.

http://www.greenerdevelopments.co.uk/

:-[ Having one small prob with the menu rollover colours in Firefox/Safari. I've had a nightmare with how to colour the menu correctly, and at what level. Where I have put Section Header pages instead of Content ('oak framing' and 'new builds'), they are not being seen for the hover styles that the others have (no prob in IE7 though). If anyone can suggest where I've gone wrong, PLEASE do!

Thx lovely people!

hi

nice design  ;D

one thing, when you have a non-clickable menu item ('oak framing' and 'new builds') try adding simple javascript to take away the curser change from point to the text highlighting pointer

i did that for a customer, and it makes the menu flow better

That would be targeting the a.menuparent...

ironblaze94: thanks for your comments and a great thought, but JS isn't my strong point! I've put a css style of {cursor: pointer; cursor: hand;} into my menu, this seems to do the trick?

Mark: I'm sorry to be so dense, please can you spell out exactly what you mean?
