IE 7 - TinyMCE does not display update/cancel links in image browser window

IE 7 - TinyMCE does not display update/cancel links in image browser window

Title says it all.
In IE 7 the image add/edit window that pops up does not display the update and cancel buttons at the bottom of the window.

I don't use ie 7 this is from discussing with my customer on the phone. I had to switch to fckeditor instead...

please let me know fit here is a fix for this
