Installation problem. tmp Folder and Smarty

Hi.
Im having a problem with the installation on a new server of the CMSMS package. Im running 1.0.8 "Kona" Version.

Im having a problem when I try to install the application. When I try to access the URL:

http://www.MYDOMAIN.com/web/install/ind ... siontest=1&

Im having this error:

I dont know whats happening because I already did that and worked once.

I think the server has all those requirements you send me. You know, Its strange because a week ago, I installed successfully CMSMS, the problem was that in the admin I couldnt see some options in the THeme Manager and other admin options. So I delete all the directory, upload the files, clear the database and try to install again this week, but this problem appear.

Does the install work?

Btw. you should install version 1.2 - there are a lot bugfixes for security issues.
