Problem with IE and css menu in andreas03 template

I use three level menu in my site www.z00m.us
I use Firefox and everything is OK, but some of my visitor complained that with IE it is hard to navigate in second and third menu levels. I tried it and found that IE adds some space between menu buttons. On a fast machine if You move cursor not fast enough - menu switches off when moving over that space. Is there any way to set some timeout for the menu to disappear when the cursor is of? Or at least remove these spaces?

You must be using IE7, you will have to google for a fix or hopefully someone here has an answer...
