[SOLVED]navbar and news disapeared after upload

hi all,

after finishing my new CMSMS site (ver. 1.1) on my localhost(easyPHP), i uploaded it in a directory inside an old cmsms site(ver. 1.1) on the production server.
inside the old cmsms site were already 2 directories with (testing)sites, so i thought it wont do harm plus i can check wheter my new site was working correct or not. (the old cmsms site was made by someone else)

the new site didnt work (dont have permision 2 create new db) and in the old site, the navigation bar and news are gone...
so im now stucked with a half site.

does any one have a idea how this could happen and, most important, how to fix this?
maybe theres problem with my config.php?
