Repeating Regions

Is there a way in CMSMS to create a region that could be repeated by the editor of a page...

So for instance there is a block of information - an image on the left and text on the right.  One of these would be created. When the page is edited the client could decide to have three identical blocks on the page and generate them and then edi the content within each block.
