I need advice on creating a form for Subscriptions & Registrations

I looked into the various modules available in Forge, but unfortunately I didn't find any suitable for this.
Could anyone please suggest/recommend where should I look for this?

Hey Cubix, I'm so glad you advised this module to me, it's great!
I have already setup a simple Contact form
Now I need to setup a registration form. I just created a new one, but the only thing showing is a "submit" button
I imagine I need to add fields yet. Can someone please get me started with that part? I suppose once I learn how to add one field, the rest should be about the same...

Thanks Mark. Yes, I know, I did read that Help file before I thought of posting. My problem is that I'm not yet that familiar with the syntax, reason why I need someone to show me how to add one field. And the problem with that Help file is that although it has a section called "Adding Fields to your Form", it really doesn't show nor explain how to add fields to your form. Instead it explains about the various types of fields there are, it provides a list of available inputs, some descriptions too, etc. I gather the syntax is something I should've known, that's why it's not dealt with I guess.

In formbuilder click name of form, at bottom, Form Fields, 2 choices, Fast field adder, and Add New Field link, click this or use the fast field adder drop down to add new field...

Well, it seems to be working.
I made a form for people to get registered. I tried it, and I did get the email along with a web address to be used to confirm the registration. Also when I used it I was directed to a congratulations page. So it seemed to have worked.
But now, is there a way for me to see this registration in the database? I guess I should go to MySQL db eh?

it depends how you setup your form.

did you want the information emailed to you or stored in the database to view at a later date?

if it is the latter, may a suggest formbrowser from the forge.
