Changed my root folder - Messed up

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Changed my root folder - Messed up

I moved all file from my cmsms site one level up and changes the config.php file. Now evereything messed up. I can acess the admin and it seems the modules are not working. I get the message that the permission are no right for the modules folder. I changed them to 777 already but nothing happens.

Then I try to change permission of the modules in the admin and I get this error message:
